I have just upgraded a friends Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 to the 2010 version. Now we are getting a report that C:Windows\System32\Drivers\MSIKBD2K.SYS is a keylogger.

The System is a Packard Bell with and WinXPhome and an MSI motherboard. This file looks like the keyboard driver.

Do we just ignore these warnings or do we have a problem?

Ignore that warning. If you want to be super safe, run a file check between the active file and the one on your keyboard software disk.

Under no circumstances should you allow the file to be removed or quarantined. It takes some hot licks to replace it if you make that mistake.
