Export (Backup) Group Policy

    Hi all

    Does anyone know if it is possible to either backup or export the local machine group policy settings as a file?

    I suspect that if you zip the GroupPolicy (hidden) folder in System32, you will have a backup. At least that is where my primarily administrative templates are stored.
