   Is there a way to export a pab (personel address book) to excel or access?

   Click on File->Export->Address book and you'll see the options available. Can use the text file option and get that into Excel pretty easily. I don't use access so I can't comment..

   Excel can easily import a delimited text file.
   
   Access does a nice job of importing from Excel.
