Explorer keeps crashing

    I am operating a Windows 95/98 system and when I get on the internet Explorer crashes. I have been getting other error messages also. I have downloaded Explorer 5 from the website, but it continues to crash. I have no experience in crashing and don't know what to do. Thanks for you suggestions.

    Are you running Windows 95 or Windows 98?

    What are the error messages?
