explorer error

    When i am starting my computer (w2k sp4), in desktop is showing windows error 'EXPLORER.EXE ERROR LOG FOUNG, PLS RESTART YR COMPUTER' OK, Once i click ok destop is showing blank... i re installed 2-3 times windows 2000 sp4, again it is showing an same error.
    Anyone can gv the solution...
