exe's not working.

    Hi, would anyone have a fix for this? when ever an .exe is clicked on i get the error message............ "0x00139c21" referenced memory at "0x00183000 ". The memory could not be "read ". Click ok to terminate the program.

    It doesnt happen in safe mode.


    Any ides would be appreciated.

    Thx Arie. I was thinking along those lines at the time but it ended up being a dying HD.
