Whenever I use Windows Explorer to work with my documents, pictures, etc, I received the following error message.

The instruction at 0x100cb72f referenced memory at 0x100cb72f. The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program.

This closes all open explorer windows. Any suggestions to repair?
