I get an error messages on start up and don't know how to get rid of it. "ERROR STARTING PROGRAM, A required.DLL FILE, OLEACC.DLL was not found." It has a yellow triangle with an '!' in it. . I just click on it and it goes away and then I can use the computer. Recently I've had to reload my OS software and have had trouble getting my scanner to work again. Any ideas on how to fix would be appreciated. Thanks, DON.

Another one comes up over the one above. It says: REMIND: INVALID SCHEDULE FILE, c:\Program Files\Visioneer\PaperPort\Config\Ereg\remind.sch. Clicking this one also makes it go away. It has a red circle with an X in it.

On Windows 98 the oleacc.dll DLL is part of the Accessibility option. Do you have this option under Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove>Windows Setup:
    installed?
    enabled?
    disabled?

Take out the above in your Task Scheduler, it's that icon in the Systray with the little red circle [clock] on it.

    broni,

It wasn't even installed. Found it and installed it and the error message went away. Thank you.

    mark,

It wasn't on the Task Scheduler, but I removed some stuff that was there that I have no idea what they were for, ha. Will keep working on it. Thanks for your reply.
