I keep getting this error and cannot figure out what to do!

Give the forum more clues.

If theres a show details on the error message -use it and post the entire mess here .

What have you done lately --changed or updated?
Does this message happen consistanly and when?

I would go to system information and find and print out the faultlog txt ---put here

Well now, this puts a whole new light on things...maybe I need to just reinstall eveything again..here is the fault log from the 5th-7th I had defragged on the 5th and my sysytem crashed totally and I had to reinstall windows..here is the faultlog:

Brings me to one of my own questions what happens if a person uses system restore after scandisk and defrag .
Do it still work< I usualy decrease the amount used erasing any there and then scandisk defrag & set a new restore point hoping it will be a stable one.
I should just research this --but my brain is gone at the moment.
Besides then I would learn to much---and just fergot -it all.
