encoding errors

    Whenever I change web sites, the language changes from Western European (Windows) to another language, usually Western European (ISO) or Unicode (UTF-8). This causes the web site to display incorrectly, (no pictures,etc) until I go back and change the language back to where it was. I have tried setting it to "Auto-Select" but it still messes up. Anyone help me? It would be greatly appreciated.

    Western European (ISO) is the default setting...I changed mine to something else while here and clicked a different link. I went back to Western European (ISO)...

    Its out of my area and really don't know what the setting is for...Will look around.

    Are you located in the USA?
