Email problems

I am going to that persons house this evening for one last attempt at this problem. I will report back. I will attempt to
"un-check - leave copy of messages on server" in Comcast as what I beleive I was given the suggestion to do in one of the previous posts...

I went over to my friends house and looked into the comcast thing, to make sure that there was no check mark in that box and there was not. I then made a small correction in the user name box. Right now I am awaiting the results of another email I sent. If I get the same error message, I will then contact Comcast to see if they can make a determination and report back to this post as soon as I have results from that...
