    OK. I ran OTL and reset the restore point. I also removed all the tools. Windows updates are current, installed and ran WOT, and installed PSI. I also read the "How did I get infected" article and downloaded SpyBlaster. I have not experienced a crahs shince I began the fix process so all looks good. Much thanks!!!!! I truly appreciate your taking the time our of your schedule to help me!!!
