Dump Data User.dmp

    Trying to debug a user.dmp file. The spooler service keeps stopping and I would like to know if the user.dmp file could tell me what I am looking for. This is from a Windows 2000 SP4 machine. Below is the info from the tool on this site.

    Probably not. Too little useful data in here. See if you can fix errors mentioned & try to get a full Memory dump by following the directions from microsoft.
