Driver Help

I recently did a reboot of windows xp on a dell latitude D820 laptop, everything seemed to go well enough only now i have no access to the internet as there seems to be drivers missing. Any ideas as to what i can do to get them back. It seems to be the ethernet and network cards that are missing, they have a yellow question mark beside them. Any help would be much appreciated.

 

If you need to go to the dell website, you can use the sevice tag which you'll find somewhere on outside of the case to find the exact drivers that you need.

 

The DELL Support option (www.dell.com/support) is your best bet. Put your service tag in or select the model laptop from the list. You need to select the drivers for the type of network product installed in your machine. If it is on the Intel motherboard, you need the integrated version. Be sure you update the Intel chipset first if you have not done so. You may have to try each one before you get the correct versions. Good Luck.
