Driver Doesn't Work

I was playing halo when i got the blue screen of death.

The error code was 00000be, parameter1 f91f0d5b, parameter2 03874121,
parameter3 f9943d64, parameter4 0000000a

it says that the file is ltmdmxp.sys and that it was a driver problem so i updated the driver for my LT Win Modem. When i reboot it says the driver is updated to 8.3 but when i try to go onto the Internet msn (msn is my isp) can't find my modem. I went to the modem's properties and its says the modem is working, I don't know what to do I'm on win XP can someone help

I got the driver to work and get on the internet I had to uninstall MSN connection center
