double windows TIF files

Using ie 5.01sp2
My cache was going to local settings TIF, and not windows TIF.
I changed the location in internet options to windows TIF. I then deleated the TIF under Local Settings.
I now have one windows TIF and a content ie5
and a 'sub' directory TIF and content ie5.
each ie5 has its own sub directories.

The Temp internet files settings in IE sends TIF files to -
C:\windows\temporary internet files\temporary internet files
This happened when I used move folder option under settings in internet options.

How can I get rid of the duplicate Windows TIF's - cannot seem to delete either of the TIF files.??

Solved by resetting back

Changed setting for TIF back to Local Settings and the duplication in Windows TIF dissapeared. I think Office 2000 had set the path to Local settings. I guess I shall leave well enough alone.
