I'm having a problem with Windows 2003 Dns Setup Wizard. I'm having problems with the current DNS server and I have decided to remove it and start all over again. The problem is, when I uninstall the DNS functionality of the server, and then reinstall it, it will not go to the new DNS server wizard that I had before. It's like it keeps the information about the DNS server's configuration somewhere even after I delete it. I'm trying to follow a tutorial on the installation, but I'm not getting the same DNS setup wizard that's in the tutorial. What do I have to do to start the DNS all over from scratch? I already have created a handful of users and set permissions so I don't want to have to redo the Active Directory again. Hopefully there's any easy way out of this. Thanks.

You can not remove the dns if you have only one server in your AD with dns service.
You must have at least one server with dns service.
To remove completly your dns server service, go to administrative tools / manage your server / remove the dns service from your server.
Then install the dns service from the scrach.
