Is there a way to diagnose the problem from information on the BSOD? I've run RegCure without fixing problem which always occurs at Restart or Shut Down. The text says "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and the Tech Information has "STOP 0x0000000A (0x0000002F4, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x806E4A16)" I have not installed hardware or software recently.

fhenry - Welcome to the Board :)

Read this thread - ensure that your computer is setup to give a memory dump and debug it following the instructions given and post the log here .....

    A caveat ......

    Hi fhenry

    Welcome!

This error concerns addressing out of range memory, device drivers are usually the culprit but it could also be ram going bad.

You may not have added new hardware but you must have updated a driver from somewhere, perhaps even windows update (famous for this).

If this is a new issue and you have not made important changes since this error. I would try a System Restore to a date before this happened.
