How can I get rid of the confirmation dialogs for file and folder deletes?

eznoh--In WinXP, right click Recycle Bin|Properties|uncheck box "Display delete confirmation dialog ". I suspect it will not be too different in 2000 and will be lurking in the Recycle Bin dialogs somewhere.
And a work around for all but .exe files, is to highlight, then simultaneously click Shift+Delete.
