I'm trying to run an application, but it keeps getting closed out due to a message that says: "debugger detected. disable it and restart application." I don't have any debuggers installed. I uninstalled Nero and Divx since I've read these may be causes.... but STILL having the issue. I also ran a clean boot and still had the issue. It goes away in safe mode, but then I cannot use my LPT1 port, which I need for this application. In any case, I'm THIS close to doing a c:*.* unless someone has a good lead. Please help!

I'm programming a eeprom... I have a hook-up from the LPT1 of the computer to the circuit board. If there is no way around this debugger issue, is it possible to enable the LPT1 port of the computer in safe mode? As I mentioned before, the program stays up in safe mode without the debugger issue.
