I run adaware and all the things that come up are connected to this Data Miner thing. I delete them, and the next time I run adaware I get a bunch more of these Data Miner ones. How can I just stop Data Miner from coming on my machine? Or am I stuck with just having to run Adaware over and over to kill it? TIA

Spyware cookies are called Data Miners. This are usually downloaded from a third party site. Set the Privacy Setting in Internet Options to deny third party cookies.
Or put these sites into the Restricted Zone of IE, and do a Custom setting of that Zone by setting everything to Disable or High.
