Data Consolidation

I have 6 group leaders that must collect 8 identical data figures from each of their 30 group members each month. (ie each leader collects and consolidates 240 pieces of data onto a master form they keep) After the group leaders receive the data and total it, they forward their master forms to administration. Administration then manually totals the information received from the 6 group leaders to show the company totals for each of the data fields. Is their a Windows based program that would minimize the amount of manual totaling that has to be done and somehow let each member submit their data to their group leader where the group could be totaled and the group leader could simply forward their group total to administration where a grand total could be calculated?

 

Not sure, but it sounds to me that sharing a cloud based Excel spreadsheet would be the ideal solution for this.
