Dangerous Trojan Horse

I get this when i open my computer/folders :Attention Computer!, Some dangerous trojan horses detected in your system. Microsoft Windows XP files corrupted. This may lead to the destruction of important files in C:\WINDOWS. Download protection software now! Click OK to download the antispyware. (Recommended)


Hey ive been getting this for the last 2 days same with a few other people I Tryed downloading a torrent and the .exe obviously gave me this.

May somebody please help me I have no idea what to do I have Spybot S%D, AVG Free and Ive scanned about 5 times with each program and it detected other stuff but not this I really want to get rid of this!

I think I deleted it with Malware Bytes :O
