I'm looking for a program for a D-Link DIR-655 wireless router like the program that netgear is using on there N600 wireless routers called genie. It shows who is on the network. I'm using window XP home on an older built from ground up computer.

Netgear Genie is a frontend to the Netgear browser control panel. It's made by a software company called Siteview solely for certain Netgear routers.
