There are faint area and gaps on the printout of my Epson CX5500. I had cleaned the print head nozzles many time until the inks were finished. After changed to new cartridges and repeat the cleaning process, it still failed. Please help!!!

    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)

You still have some blocked nozzles which can be very difficult, if not impossible to clear.

When you cleaned the nozzles did you make the test printout and then clean again immediately?

AFAIK with Epson if you perform the sequence of clean/nozzle check print 5 x sequentially the cleaning is more vigourous up to pass #5.

Yes, I did make the test printout and then clean again immediately. However the result was the same.
