CreateFile driver problem

    When I boot up I get an error message saying CreateFile cannot find a driver. I have one program that cannot open files and I am wondering if this is the problem. Any ideas how to fix it?

    muse06 - Welcome to the Board :)

    My best suggestion is to uninstall the program which cannot open files > reboot > reinstall the program.

    The info on Google is less than specific on this and very much programming based.
