I've just downloaded and installed 'CookieCop' but when I open it I get the message:

Unable to create listen socket. Winsock error= [10044]

Does anyone have any idea as to what's happening here and what needs to be done to correct the problem?

    Much obliged for your assistance.

    It probably need a protocol.

Lugwalker, I don't use that software (have another method) but I am sure you will have to add a tranfer protocol in your network setting so that it can bind to this application. More than likely you will need a TCP/IP fot its exclusive use.

They should cover that in their help/installation files.
