    Help---I am running Wdws 98 - today I installed Print Shop Photo Pro, worked fine, however, now none of my other Broderbund programs work. I get this error message.
    PS11
    Configuration files C:\PROGRAMFILES\BRODERBUND\THE PRINTSHOP\Startup.cfg missing or bad.
    ??? What to do?
    Same error message on American Greetings program, Print Master all Broderbund programs.

    Looks like a possibility that the new software went into the same folder(s) as the old and overwrote some of the old files.

    I would venture a wild guess that if you re-installed one of the older ones then the new might not work.

    I myself put new programs into new folders with new names and on a different partition.

    Thanks for your reply BillyBob - I found the solution, I had something running in the Start and deleted it and everything is working fine. I appreciate your help and suggestions.
