Computer troubles once again

When I tried to turn my computer on this morning, it came on for a few seconds, and then shut itself back off. It would not come back on until I unplugged it and replugged it back in. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, when I am online sometimes my firewall will report that it is off, and that I need to turn it back on by clicking the help bulletin. It disappears when I try to click it.

 

The first problem sounds as though it may be hardware related. Possible power supply failing. Recommend you post in the hardware forum to get that issue resolved, then we can address the firewall problem.
