Computer running slow HJT log attached [moved]

Hi, in the past 3-4 days I've noticed that opening Word docs, or Excel files takes a Looooooooong time. 4-10 secs.

I frequently run Spy-bot, Adaware, easyCleaner, regscrubXP and SystemMechanic to keep things 'clean', and check for updates before running each tool. (Thanks to advice from Mike Flynn.)

Running W2KPro 1 meg memory. HJT log included.

Nothing out of the ordinary on your system.

Have you recently installed any new software which could be causing this slowdown?

 

Just the new version of System mechanic Ver 7. It seems to be very slow in opening MS Office type files. Can't see why?

 

Uninstall the app and see if things return to normal.
