    Where do I find the communications files, setting the comports, troubleshooting the modemn, running a hyperterminal?:confused: :confused:

    START > ALL PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > COMMUNICATIONS will get you most of that.

    The modem can be accessed by going to Control Panel and clicking the Phone and Modem Options icon.
