I was fortunate enough to find one site that still had a Logitech QuickCam for Notebooks webcam. I'll be able to send my current webcam (which only fits on a CRT monitor to a buddy now).

When I go to uninstall my current cam's software, do I need to unplug it from its USB port first? Is it OK to leave the current cam on the computer and install the new one so I can test it first? Will the comp have problems with 2 webcams on it at the same time?

    Thanks!

A: It should not. They both should have their only twain drivers. In the program you use you will need to go into setup and pick the cam you want to use. I have a webcam and digital camera that can be used as a webcam also on my system.
