Changing Taskbar

    Accidentally moved the dotted line on my Taskbar from the right hand side to the left and the bar expanded to double size now normally you could just set the curser to the double sided arrow and drag it down, but it will not stay on normal size it is hide or double size I have both dotted lines on the left and they will not move any solution I feel stupid.
