Changing a menu

Hi All,
Is there a way to change the order of choices that appear when one right clicks on a file or folder name? I am using XP Home with SP3 and all updates.
I often want to rename music files and jpg files that have been changed and the choice of Rename is right below Delete. When you change a lot of files its easy to choose the wrong one and then you have to say no to wanting to really delete the file.
This isn't the biggest problem to be solved, but if there was a place where that menu could be edited that would be a small step forward.
