   I am curious what the thinking is on CD, DVD burning software, both Free and paid for? I am using Nero OEM, but it is huge and I wonder if there is anything that is better?

   Not sure why you think Nero is huge, I use nero7 & it's approx a 43 MB install & works well. XP has built-in cd burn support.

   Nero 7 Ultra. An excellent suite. I mostly use it to burn avi to DVD.
