Can't Unzip

I recently re-installed 98 SE . I just downloaded the Lavasoft Adaware Build 6 and after the download and save to Desktop.When I went to open it the window appeared with the many options to use to open it none of which were anything related to unzipping that I could tell. I already downloaded the latest service pack for 98 SE so what gives?

 

If I remember...98 doesn't come with unzip. You have to download one like WinZip or Winrar or Zip central. A Google search will send you to a place to DL.
