Can't Find Connect To

    On my XP Pro after clicking start I have below the Control Panel Icon the "Connect To" and show all Connections where in the Connect To my dial up Internet connection is in my case Optus.
    I today helped a friend to setup her dial up Internet connection but I could not produce that Icon.
    She uses XPHome. Anyone know how to go about to correct that.

    Right click start>properties>customize>advanced tab. Select it from the list.
