Cant delete email

    We can't delete any email off of our home computer, there are two users and neither one of us can delete any email messages. When we log in at our work computers we can delete messages. Computer seems to be messed up - don't know what we did? Our connect is comcast, check with them and it's not them.:(

    This sounds like it might not be a Windows XP problem. Sounds like it might be an e-mail program or web-based e-mail problem.

    What email program do you use?

    Do you use web-based email? If so, then what web-based e-mail service do you use?

    Do you get any error messages when you try to delete your messages? If so, then please tell us the exact wording of the entire error message(s).
