I just received a few jpg attachments that also show up in the body of the mail.
I cannot right click and save either the file from the attachment or the photo that is in the body of the email. It goes through the normal save steps, but the photos never show up in the files.
What do I need to do? If I send them to my Eudora mailbox I can save them.
    That isn't too practical.

    tess,

You don't say what version of Netscape or Mozilla you are using? Are you able to save any other type of file, or is it only jpg images that you are unable to save.

What you might do first is to clear your Download List. To do so:
Click on Tools | Download Manager
Press CTRL+A which will highlight all the files in the list
Now click on the "Remove from list" button

If this doesn't help, exit Netscape or Mozilla, and Quick Launch
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to this folder, and delete the compreg.dat file:
    C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape\components\compreg.dat
    or
    C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla\components\compreg.dat

Let us know if you continue to have problems.
