Cannot Window some apps

    A friend has a problem under win98. He cannot window IE. It may be true with other apps. I only saw it with IE.

    He is able to maximize his IE but when he hits the dbl-square that should window it, instead it minimizes to the taskbar.

    Try a re-install of IE ? It seems some registry keys are missing,
