I get the same error going to http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_download/0,fid,19080,fileidx,1,00.asp

Check with PCworld. Looks like the error is at their end, not yours.

 

It seems to working fine now, downloaded FireEyes.zip just fine. It seems to be a port sniffer rather than a firewall. It doesn't seem to prevent someone from connecting at all, just alerts you so you can do an IP lookup.
