I am not sure where to post this question. I hope somebody here can help me figure out what is going on.

We have two computers, one running Windows 98 SE and the other Windows XP. They connect to the internet over two different phone lines and two different IPS accounts. We also have a web site www.stonepost.com; on the 98 SE computer I can access the web site and upload files via CuteFTP to our IPS server without difficulties. On the XP computer I keep getting the message "cannot find server or DNS error" when trying to open the web site, nor can I upload files via FTP to our IPS server. I have no problems access any other internet site with the XP computer. This problem started recently. I have never had it before. Any thoughts or ideas?

    Try
    start~run~ipconfig /flushdns
and see if that fixes you up. If not, post back.

Moving this to networking. You were right that it's hard to figure out which section is most appropriate but at this point it sounds like a networking issue. Probably. Maybe. :D
