can not install spybot

    I had problem with ceres.dll and winform, I used clean.txt/bat and clened my matchine but I still can not install spybot. (all i see is hour glass, when I look into task list I see MSGSRV32 not responding) Also when I shutdown there i get a not responding window without any task name. It normally takes 2 or more attempt to kill that process. Please help.

    Would you post a HijackThis log? Be sure to unzip it into a new folder, name it C:\Hijack.

    The most common cause of spybot not installing (or access to certain malware removal sites being blocked) is the coolwebsearch trojan.
    Try the CWSHredder.
    CWShredder from Intermute

    Then post a hijackthis log.
