    I'm about to upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 Home Premium. Is there any reason not to wait until after Christmas? Thanks.

    You should include your location (in your WindowsBBS Profile). Here in Aus I am coming across prices for Win 7 much below anything you could get when Vista was first released. I don't mind Vista and when you look at Windows 7 it is more or less an upgrade of Vista (maybe that's why it is not so expensive). Vista could probably be Windows 7 using Windows Updates (if they wanted to).

    After Christmas? Probably not much difference. I don't expect there will be New Years sales.
