    Hi all,

    I got an error bugchk on 0x0000007E (0x0000005, 0xB32CDC19, 0XB35EEB70, 0XB35EE86C)

    rt2500usb.sys - address B32CDC19 base at B32BF000, Datestamp 425CD8E1

after I installed the Linksys WUSB54G and pluged the usb adaptor in and my PC showed bluescreen.

I tried the other method; I let the PC booted up to windows and pluged the adaptor in and instantly the PC rebooted. I have tried a few times and it did the same thing; rebooted.

I'm running a MSI intel brd; P35 NEO. I've no problem to play games, did document, watch moive and others except, I pluged the usb Linksys adaptor in.

Oh ya, I did change the power supply I thought the original one is not enough power; 450W. I put a 550W ps inside and the result is the same; PC rebooted when usb adaptor pluged in...

I looked at the 'system' with the 'Event viewer' and found there's an error; The bugcheck was: 0x1000007f (0x00000008, 0x80042000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000).

    Please helps..

Update the driver for your Linksys adapter.

    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)
    0x0000007F is essentially the same.

Looking at the Linksys forums it seems that the problem you have is not uncommon - apart from replacing the Linlsys with another make a solution which seemed to work was to use the alternate driver from http://www.mediafire.com/?1midkvkwcdh - see ......

    Hi PeteC,

Thank you for your advise and te links. I have visited the Linksys site and try to find new driver but tey don't have. The only driver which left at the web site is back to year 2005. Same driver I have in the disc. I will try the vista 32bit one.

I will try Rally driver if I can't solve with the latest driver. Thank you. ;)
