    bugcheck advice

    Hi,

Sorry if this is a "newbie" question, but I'm new to "bugcheck" errors. One of my machines is running Win 2000 Pro, and it has been re-booting regularly. I went into the Windows "Event Viewer ", and it says:

    "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x0000002c, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8044170d). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP. "

The MEMORY.DMP file is quite large (1GB), so I haven't been able to open it with the typical text editors. I noticed posts that seem to have the output of a "Bugcheck analysis" program. How do I run that?

    Thanks,

    jc the cg:confused:
