Having random server shutdowns. The exact message is
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x00000000, 0x0000001c, 0x00000001, 0x8042d82b). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

And tis is the dumpfile when proccessed. There is not realtek network adapater installed on this machine only a linksys gigabit network card. All the information i found on the lanpkt.sys said it was related to realtek or was spyware ran all spyware scans on machine and they come back clean. Any help would be greatly appreicated.

I know that I double posted but I did not mean to submit the first post i had just copied the error over from the machine i was working on and when i pasted it and hit enter to space down a line it auto submitted it. And since it was not visible there was no way for me to edit the message to contain the rest of the information to my problem. As for the double post I am sorry and will not happen again.
