Ok, so I have been having a lot of programs crash, browsers crash and BSODs. I reinstalled windows twice, updated all my drivers via SlimDrivers. Nothing has worked so far. So I went and ran Memtest. During that test it showed some failled runs. So I took the 4 sticks of ram out and tested them 2 at a time. 10 passes 12 hours all came back clean. So I figured that one of them might now have been seated properly. But the BSOD just showed up again. It happens very randomly. I can go days without it happening or have it happen every couple of hours.

I tried to install "Debugging Tools for Windows" but the install fails Run as Admin did not work either when trying to install it. Log is to long to post

    Things I have done:
    *Reinstalled Windows
    *Updated Drivers (SlimDrivers)
*Ran MemTest (failed with the 4 sticks, each passed individually, all passed together when put back in)

It can still be incorrect drivers.
Get them from the manufacturer site, no need for 3rd party utility to get the drivers.

I'd first boot using a win 7 repair cd, and fix the mbr. (malware can hide there.) Then I'd do a complete format and reinstall. (after backing up data) Then one at a time, install drivers, starting with the chipset, then video, then audio, then network.

Haven't heard many people running ESET. Most run MSE or Avast or one of the other FREE AV programs that work great.

ESET is good, I have it on some of my clients' business computers. And ESET won't be the cause of BSODs.
