Cannot boot into 2000 pro. Stop c0000263 (Driver point entry not found) The Systemroot\system32\drivers\FLTMGR.SYS device driver could not locate the entry point IoGetDeviceAttachmentBaseRef in driver ntoskrnl.exe.

BSOD shows disable newly installed hardware.

I removed Realtek ISA Ethernet card.

    Disabled Bios Memory Caching.

    Ran 2000 Repair.

BTW I am dual booting 2000 Pro & 98 SE.

What do I do next. Thanks.

Follow these instructions to post a Dump Data Log.

If you do not have a dump, ensure that your machine is configured to write out a dump by following the directions from microsoft

Do not have access to the Internet with this problem.

Do not have expertise to follow instructions. I am using Win 2000 pro.

Any other suggestions. Is reinstalling the only option?

I can only suggest re-installing Win2K. Have no ideas regarding the specific error.
