    But everything else will.

    I am running WindowsXP Version 2002 SP2

My internet connection is Comcast Broadband.

I have a router instaled and my Main computer hardwired to the router. A lap top in the bed room on a wireless connection.

I have Internet Explorer and Firefox. I use Firefox 99% of the time, rarely using IE. About 2 weeks ago I lost connection on my browsers. Click on either one and they sit trying to open and eventually just time out with a busy server message, or just says Done at the bottom with a blank screen. However, I can fire up AOL9.0 and access anything I want. Also, Limewire has no problem connecting, Weather.com has no problem and as I said AOL9.0 has no problem. Only the browsers. And The laptop has no problem with browsers connecting.

I have checked the network connections and tried repairing, internet connections and tried new connection.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

    Dean,
I don't understand what you did about the network connections. Did you try to do that physically, or through your computer Help menu.
I don't have Comcast, but rather Cox, and, if I was in the same boat as you, I would have made a phone call to their tech support, long ago.
I used to have AOL, and I remember that their Network connections were separate from the Local Network connections. The simple fact that you don't get IE should make your life easier, if they support only IE.
